Lucy - Well we have taken a plane, two trains & a ferry to one of the most picture perfect places. We are enjoying the Hotel Splendide at Bellagio, Lago De Como, Italy.

Our first afternoon was great & I love my room. We strolled up & down the laneways. There are lots of people with dogs so I am sure I will get my fix by saying hello to them. We had dinner included & needed to be in the dining room before 8.30pm, with all the time differences we were not super hungry & inevitably had a phone call asking where we were. When we arrived the only troubling thing was we appeared to be dining at the RSL, everyone was finishing or had finished & they were rushing us. We were dining with the silver fox's. When I turned around there was a man already asleep in his chair, I started to have the feeling we were in those magical places that love the Grey Nomads. Where dinner was served @ 4pm & we were all expected to be in bed by 5.30pm.
Next on our official itinerary for Lago De Como, we are off to stalk George Clooney. Poor George. I will keep you posted.
